RidinWithRowdy: @becbeat555 It's all NASCAR's discretion, but generally you need to run ARCA at plate track, then some 1.5 and 2-milers for approval.

RidinWithRowdy: @becbeat555 I was curious of that too since there wasn't much difference from Daytona and others that 30 numbers was way over the top..
